To provide basic undergraduate education so as to offer a chance to transfer in full to training in departments in which ÇAP will be made such as Machine Engineering, Electrical, and Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade and Logistics. |

To have basic culture level and moral consciousness in courses on Turkish, history, and ethics. |
